Deliverables are shared via Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides) to the email address provided at checkout. Export to PDF is available on request at no additional charge. Access is via Google\'s sharing system and does not require a Google account (view-only access can be provided).
Delivery timelines are stated on each service page in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Spanish national and Murcia regional public holidays). Timelines begin from the date the completed project brief is received, not from the date of payment. Brief templates are sent within one business day of payment confirmation.
All projects require a completed project brief before work can begin. The brief template is emailed within one business day of payment. The Client must complete and return the brief within 30 calendar days. If the brief is not returned within 30 days without a communicated reason, the order may be considered abandoned and no refund will be applicable.
One revision round is included per project. Revision requests must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery. Revisions must be within the original scope (not requests for new deliverables). Within-scope revisions are returned within 3 business days of receiving the revision request.
Delivery may be delayed by events outside our reasonable control. We will notify the Client promptly in such cases and agree a revised timeline. Extended force majeure events lasting more than 21 days entitle the Client to a full refund if work has not yet commenced.
