These Terms of Service govern the relationship between SEO Ambassador S.L. (NIF B87654321, hereinafter "SEO Ambassador") and any purchaser of services at seoambassador.com (hereinafter "Client").
Estas condiciones regulan la relacion entre SEO Ambassador S.L. (NIF B87654321, en adelante "SEO Ambassador") y cualquier comprador de servicios en seoambassador.com (en adelante "Cliente").
SEO Ambassador offers six fixed-scope digital SEO services delivered digitally in English and/or Spanish. All services are clearly described, priced, and scoped on the service pages of this website. By placing an order, the Client confirms they have read and understood the service description.
An order is complete when payment is received via Stripe. Confirmation and a project brief template are sent within one business day. All prices are in EUR and exclude Spanish IVA (21%) unless otherwise stated. IVA will be applied at invoice stage where applicable.
Delivery timelines stated on service pages are in business days and begin from the date the completed project brief is received, not from payment. SEO Ambassador will notify the Client promptly if a timeline cannot be met due to force majeure.
Each service has a fixed scope as described on the service page. Scope changes after booking constitute a new order. One revision round is included per project. Revision requests must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery.
All deliverables produced by SEO Ambassador are the property of the Client upon full payment. SEO Ambassador retains the right to reference the project type (without identifying the Client) in case studies and marketing materials unless the Client specifically requests otherwise.
SEO Ambassador is not liable for Google algorithm updates, ranking fluctuations, traffic changes, or business outcomes. We deliver the agreed scope of work to agreed standards. Search engine behaviour is outside our control and is not guaranteed.
See the Refund Policy. Full refund if cancelled before the completed project brief is returned. Once work has started, refunds are not available.
By completing checkout, the Client confirms they are purchasing a digital service and explicitly waives their right of withdrawal once delivery begins, in accordance with Article 103(a) of Royal Decree-Law 1/2007 (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007) on Consumer and User Rights.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Murcia, Spain.
