If you request cancellation before returning the completed project brief to SEO Ambassador, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days to the original payment method via Stripe. No cancellation fee is charged.

Once you have returned the completed project brief and work has commenced, refunds are not available. This is consistent with Article 103(a) of Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 regarding digital content delivery that has begun with the consumer\'s prior express consent.
Una vez que hayas devuelto el brief del proyecto completado y haya comenzado el trabajo, no se admiten reembolsos.
Partial refunds are not available under standard terms. For exceptional circumstances (significant project brief changes leading to scope impossibility, technical errors on our part), contact billing@seoambassador.com with specific details. We review each case individually and aim to reach a fair resolution within 5 business days.
If you believe the delivered work materially fails to match the agreed scope as documented in the project brief, contact hola@seoambassador.com with specific reference to the brief points and delivered output. We resolve scope disputes through the included revision process first. If the matter cannot be resolved, we will engage in good-faith mediation before any formal process.
Email billing@seoambassador.com with your order reference, name, and the reason for the refund request. Eligible refunds are processed within 5 business days of written approval. Refunds are returned to the original Stripe payment method and are subject to Stripe\'s own processing timelines (typically 5-10 business days to appear on your statement).
All refunds are issued in EUR regardless of the exchange rate at the time of the original transaction or the refund date.
